EntertainmentThe Arts in Yosemite / Mariposa County is a growing community featuring Cinemas, Galleries, Museums, Music, Performances and much more.

In downtown Mariposa and in Yosemite National Park, authentic art galleries feature work from local and regional artists in a variety of mediums.

As a liaison between the arts community and the Mariposa Board of Supervisors, the Mariposa Arts Council works closely with local authorities in sponsoring and organizing ongoing and special art events. What better way to commemorate or share your visit than to bring back art that captures it perfectly?

Also, plan a trip with the whole family to see the Mariposa Symphony Orchestra. The Mariposa Symphony Orchestra provides the community with an array of touching melody, for those who have an ear for music.
